Fresh ingredients and aromatic spices – what’s not to love about Thai food? This gels well with my cooking style. I like to use fresh ingredients and from scratch where ever possible. I love the fragrance and flavor of kafir lime leaves, lemon grass and coconut. I tried out a traditional recipe for thai coconut curry chicken (for the most part) and put my own spin on it by adjusting for some spices, ingredients, and additional veggies to make it healthier. Pics posted above. Most of my food pics will be oven/stove top fresh 🙂
